Ingredients:

½ lb
Napa cabbage, finely chopped

tbsp salt
·
½ lb
ground beef chuck
·
½
cup onion, finely chopped
·
¼
cup gochujang (Korean chili-bean paste)
·
2
tbsp finely chopped garlic
·
1 tbsp sugar
·
1.5
tsp sesame seeds
·
½
tsp soy sauce
·
1/8
tsp black pepper
Mix the
cabbage and salt in a colander and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Squeeze out
as much liquid as possible. Transfer the cabbage to a large bowl and add the
rest of the ingredients. Use your hands to mix and evenly distribute the
ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for an hour, or up to two days. Use this page to fold and cook your dumplings!
